Terms of Service

Atlas AI is a subscription software service for local and multi-branch businesses. It provides a branch-aware dashboard for Google Business Profile management, local SEO and rank tracking, review monitoring and replies, Google Posts, competitor tracking, review request automation and related reporting. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn as the product evolves.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including that of team members you invite.
• Account owners control roles and permissions for their workspace members.

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
• Paid subscriptions are priced per branch, per billing cycle, plus applicable GST. The current list price is ₹799 per branch per month, with an annual option. Prices shown at checkout at the time of purchase apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by subscribing you also accept the payment mandate presented at checkout.
• If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a past-due state and paid access continues for a grace period of 7 days. If payment is not completed within that period, paid features are blocked until billing is resolved.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Adding branches or additional users changes the amount billed for subsequent cycles.

• You must have the right to manage any Google Business Profile location you connect to Atlas AI.
• By connecting a Google account, you authorise Atlas AI to read the profile, review and post data covered by the permissions you grant, and to publish replies and posts that you or your configured automations approve.
• Your use of Google Business Profile remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. Google may change, limit or withdraw API access, which can affect features in Atlas AI.
• You can disconnect a Google account at any time from Settings → Integrations, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

Atlas AI can generate suggested review replies, posts and other content using third-party AI models. Suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and for any content published through your account, including content published by automations you enable.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing purposes.
• Publish fake, incentivised or misleading reviews, or otherwise attempt to manipulate Google's systems in violation of Google's policies.
• Send messages to people who have not consented to receive them, or otherwise breach applicable communications and privacy laws.
• Attempt to access another customer's data, probe or interfere with the service, or circumvent access, quota or security controls.
• Resell, sublicense or copy the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide or connect. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Atlas AI, including its software, interface, branding and documentation, remains our property. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

The service depends on third parties, including Google, our hosting and database providers, Razorpay for payments, DataForSEO for ranking data, AI model providers, and messaging and email providers. Their availability, terms and pricing are outside our control, and interruptions in those services may affect Atlas AI.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if payment is not resolved after the grace period, or if required to protect the service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, review volume, traffic, lead volume or business outcome. Metrics and reports depend on data supplied by Google and other third-party sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas AI harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of third-party terms such as Google's.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
